Red Ginger is a casual fine dining restaurant, offering Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Our unique and delicious menu, friendly staff and welcoming dining room creates a very warm environment that our customers can enjoy.
There are two rooms: the Kitchener location at 4-465 Highland Rd W, at Highland and Westmount, closed every Sunday, and this one in Waterloo at 646 Erb St West, at the Erb St W and Ira Needles roundabout, closed every Monday. Both are licensed. For dining room service, groups of 5 or more are subject to a 15% gratuity charge.
